1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the wcc96.pro website or related applications, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. This document in its entirety constitutes a complete agreement between you and wcc96.

These terms take effect from the date you first access the wcc96 platform, whether or not you create an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms means you accept the latest version of those terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

• You are not enrolled in any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.
• You register and use the platform solely for yourself, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• The funds you use to play are not derived from illegal or unlawful activities.

3 Account Registration and Management

Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. wcc96 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
• The Know Your Customer (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal to verify your identity.
• Documents required for KYC include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the wcc96 support team promptly.
• Wcc96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or incomplete information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Wcc96 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Winning withdrawals are processed within stipulated timeframes depending on the chosen payment method. wcc96 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the promised timeframe without unreasonable delay.

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are processed in under 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals via local bank transfer (FPX, DuitNow) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes on business days.
• Crypto withdrawals (USDT) are processed within 10 to 20 minutes after network confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Wcc96 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold as an anti-money laundering measure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by wcc96 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Bonus terms provided with each promotion form part of this Terms and Conditions document and must be fully complied with.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wcc96 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in each promotion's terms; expired bonuses will not be reactivated.

6 General Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the wcc96 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details before confirming. wcc96 will not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet except under circumstances specifically stated.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and updated in real time.
• Wcc96 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• In live sports betting, odds may change between the time a bet is placed and the time of confirmation; the final price applied is the price at the point of system confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market; these limits are displayed within the platform interface.
• Bets placed after a sports event has started (for pre-match betting) will be automatically voided and refunded.
• Any dispute relating to a wagering outcome must be submitted to the wcc96 support team within 72 hours of the result being published.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Wcc96 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination without prior warning.

• Using any bots, automated tools, scripts, or other methods to automate actions within the platform.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or compromise the security or integrity of wcc96's systems.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in certain games.
• Money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without reasonable wagering activity.
• Registering a fake account or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting bugs or software errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Wcc96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sufficient grounds exist to do so. wcc96's decision in such matters is final.

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player upon completion of the review process, provided no terms violations involving that balance are found.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as outlined in the inactive account policy.
• In cases of fraud or serious violations, wcc96 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Account closure at a player's request does not affect any transactions that were completed prior to the closure date.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The wcc96 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, wcc96 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all your requirements at all times.

• Wcc96 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Wcc96 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the player.
• Wcc96's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Wcc96 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Wcc96 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor changes. For significant amendments that materially affect player rights, wcc96 will notify players through the platform at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect.

It is the player's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to wcc96's operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be referred to a recognized arbitration body in accordance with the procedures established by wcc96's licensing authority.
